Implementasi Dan Kepatuhan Etika Bisnis Islam Dalam Transaksi Jual Beli: Studi Kasus Pada Halal Network International (HNI-HPAI) Business Center Pekanbaru 1

Abstrak

This study examines the implementation of Islamic business ethics in sales transactions at Halal Network International (HNI-HPAI) Business Center 1, Pekanbaru, Indonesia. Addressing widespread issues of dishonesty and product discrepancies in online sales that violate Islamic principles of transparency, the research investigates HNI-HPAI's Sharia-based MLM system, which offers halal-certified herbal products. Using qualitative descriptive methodology with saturated sampling, all 30 Agent Stockists were surveyed through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Results demonstrate high compliance with core Islamic principles, with Tauhid (Divine Unity) and Amanah (Responsibility) receiving strong support from 79% and 60% of respondents, respectively. Tauhid manifests through punctual Shalat observance and Sharia-compliant transactions, while Amanah is evidenced by optimal service and effective problem resolution. Although the Justice (Adl) and Freedom principles showed positive implementation, higher neutral responses suggest opportunities for improvement in profit transparency and information dissemination. Findings confirm that HNI-HPAI BC 1 operates successfully as a Sharia-compliant entity, effectively implementing the prophetic attributes of Shiddiq (Honesty) and Amanah. This ethical commitment to avoiding deception and maintaining service quality proves essential for building consumer trust in the expanding halal business sector.
