No Article Processing Charge
BINEKA applies a zero Article Processing Charge policy. Authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication are not required to pay an APC or any other publication fee.
The absence of publication fees does not affect the editorial assessment or peer-review process. Every manuscript is evaluated based on its originality, scientific quality, methodological accuracy, ethical compliance, relevance to the journal’s scope, and contribution to knowledge.
No Submission or Review Fee
Authors are not charged when submitting manuscripts through the journal’s online system. No payment is required for initial screening, similarity checking, reviewer assignment, peer review, or editorial decision-making.
Reviewers conduct their assessments independently and objectively. The journal does not offer a paid fast-track review, guaranteed acceptance, or priority publication service.
Editing and Publication Costs
The costs associated with editorial management, copyediting, layout preparation, proofreading, online publication, website maintenance, and journal administration are covered by the Center for Research and Community Service of Universitas Dumai.
Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts according to editorial and reviewer comments, but no fee will be imposed for processing or evaluating these revisions.
Open Access for Readers
All published articles are freely accessible through the official BINEKA website. Readers are not required to pay subscription, access, or article download fees.
This policy supports wider access to research findings and promotes the dissemination of scholarly knowledge in business, economics, and accounting.
